possible ghost?

This picture was presented to us by a visitor to the site. The color photo was taken in Tennesee and the bottom photo was taken while in the Irish Hills of Michigan. Her face is blurred onpurpose for the color photo by request from the user (she wasn't feeling well and it shows in the photo so she didn't want that broadcast to anyone. :) ) She says the "ghost" only shows in pictures taken of the two people together - never in a photo of just her or just him. She lives in Belleville and says these photos have haunted her for the past year in trying to figure them out. In looking at the original photos as well as the photos she PhotoShopped to point out the areas where she sees the ghostly image - what do you think?
