image saying There is an awesome opportunity that our team will be investigating the USS Silverside that is docked in Muskegon, MI. We will be teaming up with another team in the area to be sure we can cover the entire ship properly. Scott will be joined with a few other people to speak with the people of the ship and set up an investigation date on July 26, 2008. This investigation is on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 6pm. We'll be on board soon!

 

Quick updates of events as penned by the founder, Scott Perin:

Coming up in August is the first ever investigation (from what we are being told anyway) of the USS Silversides by yours truly and team, along with The Paranormals (they are the team that set this up and extended the invite to us). This is a huge undertaking....one of the biggest investigations we've ever done. This will tax everything we know about the field, and utilize every resource we have. A daunting task for sure, but one that we are eagerly looking forward to!

Also in August, the 4th to be exact, Southern Michigan Paranormal Investigators will be on the (internet) air! I am in the process of setting up an in-home-make-shift studio, and we will be doing an internet radio talk show on Blog Talk Radio. So, be looking for more information coming soon so you can tune in, call in, and listen!

August continues to be a busy month for us, as later in the month we will be exploring the "ghost car" legend up in Allegan, along with other phenomena that has been told to us in and around that same area. Also, we have been contacted by an internet reality tv producer, and they are featuring us in one of their episodes...filming of that is in August....and just today I was contacted by ANOTHER tv producer who has put shows such as "Biography" on A&E, and "Haunting Evidence" on TruTV. They are doing a new cable tv series, and wish to have us participate in the project.

So, while you guys haven't heard much from us lately as far as updates, we've been busy setting some new stuff up, meeting and planning, and gearing up for a busy time ahead. The website is seeing some much needed changes, so check back to that in the days and weeks ahead....and also to read up on our reports of the places we are going to!
