About SMPI

I got my start back in the teenage days of going into cemeteries at night. I have always had a sense of hearing and seeing "things" that weren't physically there. So, having VERY basic knowledge of how this all works, I armed myself with a camera and away I went. After some years of doing that, and getting some interesting results, I started hearing about all the "big" groups out there that were doing this "professionally". So, I began a search of groups in the area (Grand Rapids) that were looking to bring on a green amateur like myself. I got involved with a group up there for awhile, and after about 2-3 years we split ways due to personal differences.

I moved here to Kalamazoo in 2004 and started this endeavor. It has been a challenging one, but well worth it. We now have a pretty solid base to go on, a few close groups we work with regularly, and I am hoping to network out a little more.

I have assembled a team of people that are very knowledgeable in their own right, and have demonstrated their dedication to help people and desire to learn more.

Going forward from here we are hoping to expand our knowledge (as that is the main objective here) and help people with what they are experiencing.
