Our Mission Statement
S.M.P.I. is dedicated to paranormal studies, and this includes everything under the paranormal blanket. Our goal is to further the advancement of this field using technology available to us and help those that are experiencing any paranormal activity. We will do our best to prove or disprove any haunting or other paranormal activity that we are asked to investigate. We are a team who encompass a wide variety of areas of expertise with the paranormal. We strive to always put our best foot forward and give the best service possible.
We are a team that investigates areas of paranormal activity in the attempt to prove or disprove, using the equipment available to us. We do not charge for doing an investigation. We are here to help people who contact us to try to determine what is happening in their lives and why.
We do not use or advocate the use of Ouija boards or other divinational devices when performing an investigation. We rely solely on finding scientific proof. However, after we do the investigation and you, the owner, would like a house blessing or some other spiritual act such as this done, we do have the people and the means to accomodate such a request if the owner wishes it to be done.

While house cleansings and blessings may or may not be done by individuals on the S.M.P.I. team, we simply must state that IT WILL BE PERFORMED OUTSIDE OF THE GROUP, SEPARATE FROM THE ACTUAL INVESTIGATION. Any endeavors the team members take on, will not be under the Southern Michigan Paranormal Investigators name, nor can we guarantee results.
As stated, our goal is to prove or disprove paranormal activity. Whether it be a spirit(s) in your home, a UFO sighting, crop circle investigation, or urban legends and myths, we use the latest methods of research and technology available to us to help with any paranormal experience you have or have had.
Our investigation area includes most of southern Michigan, and into northern Indiana. It is possible for us to travel to sites outside our area, but we would need to make special arrangements for that. A small fee to cover travel expenses may apply. Contact us for details.
